Return & Refund Policy – Jim Frankfurt UG (haftungsbeschränkt)

Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

Conditions for Returns
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Customized or handmade items made specifically to order may be excluded from returns, unless defective.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly.
